Rusong Li ("Tony"), L.Ac. has developed a unique talent for identifying and addressing a wide range of ailments. His training began at the prestigious Guangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangxi, P.R. China, in 1985. 
This school is one of the few in China that began to resurrect the rich tradition of acupuncture in the decade following the end of the Great Revolution. Specifically, Rusong Li was in the first graduating class from this school at a time when there were very few such schools in all of China. For the next 8 years after graduation, Rusong Li enhanced those abilities further through his work at the Hospital of Beiliu City, Beiliu, Guangxi, P.R. China, where he became Head of the Physical Therapy Department. Subsequently, he opened his independent practice in Shenzhen City, Guangdong, P.R. China, where he treated patients of all walks of life and from the most moderate to the most serious disorders. Later he settled with his family in the U.S., where he did advisory work while studying hard to enhance his English, familiarize himself with the professional rules and guidelines for practice in the U.S., and to pass the accreditation exams of the NCCAOM. Most recently, he applied for and received licensure for acupuncture in Washington D.C., where he is now starting his practice. He is a very patient, and cheerful professional with a passion for his work, and a sincere desire to enhance the physical well-being of his clients. He is now prepared to build a practice in the Washington D.C. area, as he has done so successfully before in China, by providing excellent therapy, and building on trust and referrals.
